The Owner at Hexicle will be responsible for leading the company’s overall strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. This full-time, on-site position based in Multan requires managing project pipelines, client relationships, and cross-functional teams across AI, software development, and design disciplines. The role involves driving new business development, refining service offerings, and ensuring high standards in delivery, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include prioritizing objectives, making critical business decisions, coordinating with technical and creative staff, and overseeing financial performance. Additionally, the Owner will represent Hexicle within the local business ecosystem through meetings, partnerships, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of company strategy aligned with market opportunities and client needs.
- Oversee project management, ensuring timely and quality delivery of AI, automation, and product development initiatives.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Guide and coordinate cross-functional teams including AI specialists, software engineers, and designers.
- Drive business growth through new client acquisition and expansion of service offerings.
- Monitor financial metrics, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions to ensure profitability.
- Represent Hexicle in local business forums, partnerships, and community events to enhance brand presence.
- Maintain a hands-on approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in business ownership, senior leadership, or management roles with a track record of setting vision and operational priorities.
- Strong understanding of AI agents, large language model (LLM) integrations, and workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, and Zapier, or the ability to quickly master these technologies.
- Familiarity with custom web and mobile development processes, including collaboration with engineering and design teams.
- Experience in lead generation, sales automation, and developing scalable service models for startups and growing businesses.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and digital product design to guide user-centric solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills for effective client and team engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and make informed business decisions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to a rapidly changing tech landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience is also valued.
- Willingness to work on-site in Multan and actively participate in the local business community.
