Key Responsibilities
- Design SAP IS Solutions: Analyze retail business requirements and design SAP Industry Solutions tailored to optimize retail operations and meet client needs.
- Implement SAP IS Modules: Configure and deploy SAP IS modules, including SAP Retail and SAP Omnichannel Commerce, ensuring industry-specific functionality is effectively utilized.
- Develop Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client partnerships to understand their business challenges and deliver solutions that enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with diverse teams to ensure successful project execution, and provide training and ongoing support to clients on SAP IS solutions.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of retail industry trends, regulatory changes, and SAP product developments to maintain solution relevance and competitiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Industry Solutions for retail, including hands-on configuration and implementation of SAP IS modules.
- Proven ability to analyze business requirements and design SAP IS solutions that align with client objectives and improve retail operations.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with experience in understanding business needs and delivering tailored SAP solutions.
- Awareness of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and SAP product updates to ensure solutions remain competitive and compliant.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP IS solutions within the retail sector.
- Experience implementing cloud-based retail solutions, such as SAP Cloud for Retail.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques, including data visualization and reporting, to support optimization of retail operations.
- A Master’s degree is preferred, reflecting a strong educational foundation relevant to the role.
