Key Responsibilities
- Design SAP CRM solutions that align with business requirements, applying deep business process and industry knowledge to ensure smooth integration within the existing system landscape.
- Lead the implementation of SAP CRM projects, including managing change requests and resolving issues, while working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Provide expert consulting services to business stakeholders, leveraging your understanding of business processes and industry standards to design and implement effective SAP CRM solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure solutions are well-designed and integrated seamlessly with current systems.
- Ensure the SAP CRM solutions are fully integrated with the existing system environment, maintaining consistency and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in designing SAP CRM solutions tailored to meet specific business needs, supported by strong business process and industry knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to implement SAP CRM projects, including handling change requests and resolving issues, with close collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of business processes and industry practices relevant to SAP CRM solution design and implementation.
- Experience ensuring seamless integration of SAP CRM solutions within complex system landscapes.
- Expertise in providing SAP CRM consulting services, guiding business stakeholders through solution design and implementation phases.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to SAP industry-specific knowledge that enhances the design and implementation of SAP CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and seamless system integration.
- Familiarity with business process expertise to better meet business requirements and stakeholder expectations through SAP CRM solutions.
- Experience with SAP CRM configuration, including gathering requirements and working closely with business stakeholders to ensure project success.
