Paid Ads Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer specializing in high-performing paid advertising creatives for Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating visually compelling ads that effectively communicate product benefits and resonate with target audiences. This role requires the ability to develop multiple creative concepts tailored to different marketing angles and customer pain points, with a focus on beauty and lifestyle products. The designer will work closely with marketing teams to deliver engaging, mobile-optimized visuals that drive user engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-impact paid advertising creatives primarily for Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop multiple creative concepts and variations based on diverse marketing hooks and customer pain points.
- Create thumb-stopping visuals that convey a clear message within the first few seconds of viewing.
- Translate product benefits and customer challenges into compelling visual concepts that encourage user interaction.
- Design performance creatives for skincare, K-beauty, fragrance, makeup, and other beauty-related products.
- Maintain strong brand visibility, trust signals, and messaging clarity while focusing on product-centric visuals.
- Adapt creatives for various Meta ad placements, including Feed, Reels, Stories, and Landscape formats.
- Optimize designs for mobile viewing with attention to typography, visual hierarchy, and safe zones.
- Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to align creatives with campaign objectives, target audiences, and offers.
- Use campaign feedback and performance data to refine and improve existing creatives.
- Organize and maintain editable source files and creative assets for future use.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, formats, hooks, and visual styles within Meta advertising.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity while producing visually distinct and performance-driven creatives.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing design, paid social creatives, digital advertising, or graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of Meta advertising formats and creative specifications.
- Ability to design for multiple aspect ratios including 4:5, 9:16, and 16:9.
- Solid grasp of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, product presentation, and mobile-first design principles.
- Capability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and produce multiple creative concepts and variations.
- Deep understanding of what makes advertisements attention-grabbing, clear, and conversion-focused.
- Portfolio showcasing social media ads, paid advertising creatives, or performance-oriented design work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to independently develop creative concepts based on briefs, with clear strategic rationale.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working with beauty, skincare, cosmetics, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands is highly advantageous.
- Competitive monthly pay up to Rs65,000.
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- This is an in-person role based in Tipu Sultan, MACHS, Karachi.
