Paid Media Manager

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Paid Ads Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing paid social media advertising campaigns, with a particular focus on Meta Ads platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, as well as Google. This role requires a strategic thinker who can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to drive measurable results and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve business goals.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to improve campaign ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to guide strategy.
- Test and refine creatives, audience targeting, and overall campaign strategies to enhance effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in paid social media advertising.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, including Facebook and Instagram, with solid knowledge of Google Ads.
- Proven experience in campaign planning, targeting, and retargeting techniques.
- Deep understanding of key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and conversion tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize large advertising budgets.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce detailed reports.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Google Ads is considered a strong advantage.
