Paralegal

Farani City Consultants, a distinguished provider of personalized legal services with a strong focus on international law, is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join their Lahore office. The firm serves a diverse clientele including individuals, businesses, high net worth clients, and families, offering tailored legal guidance on complex and life-changing matters. With a multilingual team, Farani City Consultants ensures smooth cross-border communication, delivering excellence and customized solutions to meet a variety of legal needs. This full-time, on-site position requires working hours from 1:20 PM to 10:00 PM during summer and 2:20 PM to 11:00 PM in winter.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist solicitors in preparing and organizing legal documents accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Review and analyze documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with legal standards.
- Support case management processes by maintaining detailed records and tracking case progress.
- Liaise professionally with clients, ensuring clear communication while upholding confidentiality.
- Collaborate effectively with the legal team to facilitate smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Required Qualifications:
- Solid foundation in law and legal document preparation.
- Proficiency in conducting legal research and reviewing documents critically.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and collaborating within the team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under deadlines.
- Relevant certification or degree in Paralegal Studies or Law.
- Prior experience working in a legal environment is advantageous.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to support the firm’s international client base.
