Part-Time DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with 7 to 8 years of experience to join our team onsite in Karachi. This part-time role involves managing and supporting the deployment, infrastructure, and production environments specifically for mobile application projects. The position requires working 4 to 5 hours daily with flexible timing between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production environment management, particularly for Android and iOS applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile application projects to ensure smooth and efficient releases.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure, primarily using AWS or similar cloud platforms, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Handle Docker containers, Linux servers, and production deployments to maintain stable and secure environments.
- Support deployment and release processes for both Android and iOS applications, coordinating closely with development teams.
- Monitor application and server performance, quickly identifying and resolving production issues to minimize downtime.
- Manage staging and production environments, ensuring deployment stability and consistency across releases.
- Implement security measures, backup strategies, logging, and monitoring to safeguard infrastructure and data.
- Collaborate with developers to optimize deployment workflows and improve overall development processes.

Required Qualifications

- 7 to 8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles, with a proven track record in managing mobile application projects and deployments.
- Strong expertise in AWS or equivalent cloud platforms, Docker containerization, Linux server administration, and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting production environments and managing infrastructure effectively.
- Ability to work independently while providing hands-on technical support and problem resolution.
- Must be available to work onsite in Karachi; remote or hybrid arrangements will not be considered.
