Key Responsibilities

- Engage Decision-Makers: Initiate contact and arrange meetings or drop-ins with HR heads and corporate leaders to present tailored training offerings.
- Close Deals: Develop and present proposals for one-time workshops, executive masterclasses, or long-term training contracts to secure new business.
- Nurture Relationships: Build and maintain strong corporate partnerships to ensure recurring contracts and generate referrals.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and persuasive presentation skills in both English and Urdu.
- High-energy, confident self-starter with the ability to pitch effectively to senior management.
- Fresh graduates, final-year university students, or early-career professionals with a passion for sales, outreach, or corporate communications.
- Willingness to travel locally within the city for client meetings as needed.
