Patient Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Patient Attendant to provide compassionate in-home care to clients based in Karachi. This entry-level position involves working on-site with morning shifts and requires some travel within the city. The role focuses on supporting patients with their daily personal care needs while ensuring their comfort and safety. The salary range for this position is PKR 25,000 to 40,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal care activities including hygiene and grooming
- Support patient mobility and ensure safe transfers to prevent injuries
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients during care hours
- Monitor patients’ conditions and promptly report any changes to healthcare professionals or family members
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare supervisors

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in a caregiving or patient attendant role
- Ability to work morning shifts and travel within Karachi as needed
- Basic understanding of patient care and safety protocols
- Secondary education is preferred to ensure foundational knowledge and communication skills
