Meds Nexus is looking for a Patient Help Desk (P.H.D) Coordinator to join our Patient Calling Department. This full-time position is ideal for a professional with excellent English communication skills who thrives in patient interaction and coordination within the U.S. healthcare system. The role involves managing patient calls, scheduling appointments, and acting as a liaison between patients and U.S.-based healthcare providers. Candidates must be comfortable working U.S. business hours and be committed to delivering high-quality patient support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound patient calls and efficiently schedule appointments.
- Register new patients into the system when necessary.
- Coordinate with U.S. doctor’s offices regarding office hours, appointments, and location changes.
- Collect and relay information related to patient inquiries, test results, and medications to the appropriate healthcare providers.
- Manage patient concerns and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Identify patient needs and respond professionally, efficiently, and courteously.
- Assist with front desk operations for U.S.-based healthcare facilities.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Patient Help Desk Manager.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of customer support experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Fluent English communication skills, with a preference for a North American accent.
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system.
- Availability to work U.S. business hours (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM Pakistan Time).

This position is based at Gold Mark Plaza, Asghar Mall Road, Rawalpindi. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting. The role requires working in person during night shifts from Monday to Friday.
