Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and Roche, managing the lifecycle of Roche’s products and supporting their appropriate use. Share product benefits with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and maintain a strong understanding of the disease landscape and therapeutic area, including future pipeline developments. Collaborate with patient journey stakeholders to identify and remove barriers, delivering value to patients and the community. Promote awareness of disease diagnosis and provide education to HCPs on both pre-approved and post-approved products. Facilitate patient access to available funding programs such as PBM and SSP, and maintain proactive communication with HCPs regarding patient support programs (PSP).
Act as a systems thinker by identifying shared purposes among stakeholders and co-creating solutions within the healthcare ecosystem. Ensure immediate reporting of incidents or accidents to the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) department and complete all required training—both online and face-to-face—within specified timelines. Own individual SHE goals and contribute to achieving organizational safety objectives. Collect and report all safety-related information on Roche products in compliance with local regulations. Maintain accurate records, both electronic and physical, according to local policies. Perform any additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
A degree in Pharmacy (Pharm D) is essential. Candidates should have a minimum of three years’ relevant experience in the therapeutic area, with a preference for those experienced in nephrology and rheumatology. Demonstrated success in achieving objectives through collaboration and teamwork is important. Strong business acumen with expertise in commercialization, medical affairs, and customer experience excellence is required. Candidates should possess a deep understanding of patient journeys and treatment options within their disease area, enabling effective engagement with specialists. A broad knowledge of Roche’s current portfolio and future pipeline is necessary to contribute to forward-looking solutions. Familiarity with medical affairs strategies, including clinical research, is also expected.
