Patient Outreach Specialist

We are seeking motivated and professional Patient Outreach Specialists to join our U.S. healthcare campaign based in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role involves making outbound calls to patients across the United States during night shifts (9 PM to 5 AM). The primary focus is to communicate information about healthcare services, answer basic patient inquiries, assist with next steps, and ensure a positive patient experience. Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills, a professional phone manner, and the confidence to engage effectively with U.S. patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients throughout the United States.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with patients.
- Provide clear, accurate information about available healthcare services.
- Engage patients to assess their interest and eligibility according to campaign guidelines.
- Respond to basic questions and address patient concerns with professionalism.
- Collect and document required patient information accurately.
- Schedule follow-up calls when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and patient interactions.
- Adhere to company policies, campaign protocols, and privacy regulations.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets while maintaining call quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in patient outreach, healthcare campaigns, call centers, telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls.
- Professional, confident, and patient-friendly communication style.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use CRM and dialer systems.
- Availability to work during U.S. business hours (night shift).
- Reliable, punctual, and target-driven.
