Patient Support Coordinator

CareHub Health is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Patient Support Coordinators based in Karachi, Pakistan. This role involves working night shifts and requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage patient interactions efficiently. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, handling documentation, and learning medical terminology along with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate support to patients by coordinating their healthcare needs.
- Manage patient documentation, ensuring all records are complete and accurately maintained.
- Communicate effectively with patients in English, addressing their concerns and guiding them through healthcare processes.
- Utilize electronic health record systems to update and retrieve patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth patient experiences.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work night shifts consistently.
- Strong listening skills with proficiency in typing and documentation.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Willingness and ability to learn medical terminology and use EHR systems.
- Medical or dental graduates (MBBS, BDS, or equivalent) are highly encouraged to apply.
