We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with 3 to 5+ years of experience specializing in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, particularly in the use of ETABS and STAAD.Pro software for analysis and design. This role requires a thorough understanding of PEB systems, steel structure calculations, and adherence to relevant building codes. The position is based on-site, offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,000 to Rs200,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design of steel structures, including load assessment and member sizing, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Prepare, review, and modify detailed structural drawings and documentation using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools.
- Apply engineering principles to develop efficient and safe PEB systems, addressing project requirements and constraints.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design issues, improve project outcomes, and maintain quality standards.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and quality throughout all phases of design and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide technical guidance and support as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in PEB design using ETABS and STAAD.Pro software.
- Proficient in structural analysis, steel structure calculations, and load assessments.
- Skilled in using CAD software for preparing and reviewing structural drawings.
- Solid understanding of building codes and standards relevant to PEB and industrial structures.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to work collaboratively within engineering teams.
