We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pediatrician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing medical conditions in infants, children, and adolescents. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care, strong clinical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with both young patients and their families. The position is based on-site, ensuring direct interaction with patients and collaboration with the medical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat infants, children, and adolescents across a range of pediatric conditions.
- Conduct routine pediatric examinations and closely monitor patients’ growth and developmental milestones.
- Manage both acute and chronic pediatric illnesses with appropriate clinical interventions.
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records and documentation for all pediatric patients.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with parents or guardians regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and ongoing care.
- Adhere strictly to hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and patient safety protocols to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- FCPS in Pediatrics with valid supervisory status.
- Valid registration/license with the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC).
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant post-fellowship experience in Pediatrics.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and managing pediatric patients is highly preferred.
Work Location:
This position requires the candidate to work in person at the designated healthcare facility.
