Key Responsibilities

- Organizational Development and Strategic Advisory: Design and execute organizational development initiatives such as performance management systems, succession planning, and competency frameworks to support business goals.

- Culture Development and Policy Compliance: Promote a positive, inclusive culture by developing and implementing HR policies aligned with best practices, ensuring compliance across the organization.

- Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s presence on social media platforms to improve employee retention, boost productivity, and attract top talent, giving the organization a competitive advantage.

- Performance Evaluation and Management: Lead a comprehensive performance management framework that encourages accountability, continuous feedback, and professional growth. Manage training programs, career development pathways, and talent acquisition to ensure the right fit for the organization. Oversee end-to-end performance appraisal cycles, ensuring fairness, transparency, and a focus on employee development at all levels.

- HR Technology and Operations: Manage HR information systems (HRIS) and implement appropriate tools and applications to monitor and enhance staff productivity effectively.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in organizational development, culture building, performance management, and HR operations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field from a recognized institution.

- Proven experience in managing teams and leading organizational change initiatives.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Holding certifications such as SHRM or CPID is highly desirable.
