My responsibilities are:
Maintaining technical and contractual coordination with Employer (client) & \"the Engineer\" (consultant).
Resolving all the contractual issues by setting domian within FIDIC red book 1987 (GCC) and PCoC.
Building & maintaing clients relationships, handling & resolution of client complaints.
Proposal & detailed Dwgs approval from client.
To assist procurement department regarding there techcnical queries, by visiting different vendors and negtioting with them in order to resolve procurement items issues.
Inspection of Civil, Mechanical & Electrical parts regarding there technical specifications.
Submittals to client & follow up it till approval.
To prepare all the documents required for cost claims, delay damges extension of time, varied work items variation orders, etc & get approval from client.
Monitering of project from head office regarding it progress both financially & physically, and timely intimate the stakeholders that either the project is within the stipulated time and allocated budget or not.

Submition of base line schedule incorported with cost and resource loaded (Labor & Non Labor) along with S curve and manpower histograme.
Submittion of lookahead (1 month) plan to client, forenightly and daily progress report (DPR)
Tracking, monitoring and updating schedule and compare it with actual progress vs Submitted base line schedule. (Performance %age vs Schedule %age)
