Manage product complaints related to defects or issues that arise during production.5. Generate Corrective Action Requests (CAR) to address and resolve problems with the production department, ensuring that production quality is maintained.6. Create reports on the condition of molds and notify department seniors about necessary mold repairs or potential issues affecting the production schedule.7. Inspections of incoming materials and goods to verify their quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet required standards and specifications before use in the production process.8.Create and maintain documentation related to product inspections, including test results, quality checks, and any corrective actions taken.
Senior QA / QC Inspector

1. Maintains and improves product quality during production.2. Online quality of Parts and maintaining smooth process and making Reports.3. Pre delivery Inspections of OEM (Original Equipment manufacturer), Industrial Packaging & Traffic Accessories parts.4.
