Summary

I have completed my BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology in year 2018.During my Becholors, I have started training at Pakistan Ordinance Factory (POF) under supervision of
Engr. Muhammad Azeem At that time, I did not have much understanding about the working on floor and methodologies. However, Engr. Muhammad Azeem has guided and motivated me and advised me to start working in Machine Shop/Heat Treatment domain due to its popularity in each field. Then I put my maximum effort to learn the production, problem facing,maintenance methodologies and leading. After working one year in POF, I decided to choose Engr. M Azeem as our final year project supervisor and I successfully defended my Becholors thesis entitled “Thermal Incubator ” by the end of July 2018. I have also completed my Final Year Project on Heat Treatment of Different Metals.

These one year were very interesting in my life and have changed my mind-set and showed me the future of technology, especially in Engineering and Machining. Then after defending my Becholors thesis, I thought to continue my research with Engr. M Azeem and took more training in field. The one of the most important reasons behind this I got Apprentship at National University Of Science And Technology(NUST) as a Machinist.

During my Machinist course work, Col. Naveed Hasan has guided and explained me about the ongoing machining. Then we had decided to start working on operations. which is an enhanced technology/form in traditional machining. During this work, our major focus was towards machining and terminologies. In order to utilized the available resources in an efficient way, we have developed and implemented various(Algorithm, Particle work, Theory.
