Process invoices for payments on a daily basis. Check FBR status of Vendors invoices for tax deduction. Punch Journal Vouchers, Bank Payment Vouchers, Bank Receipt Vouchers in Accounting Software. Prepare the checklist for processing of payments. Write the vendors cheques. Prepare vendors payment letters. Dispatching of Vendors cheques. Preparing payroll and disbursement of salary. Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement. Scanning of all vouchers and documents for batch wise reports. Prepare an excel sheet of petty cash bills for approval. Filling of vouchers and documents. To perform any other duties as may be required by the project.
