Project name: IDRAC (Integrated Initiatives for Disaster Affected Communities)
Key Responsibilities:


Facilitated psychosocial support sessions with disaster-affected populations across 2 districts in KPK (Dera Ismail Khan & Tank) districts.


Led psychosocial support programs for children with disabilities at the Government Institute of Children for the Deaf and Dumb, D.I. Khan.


Collaborated with government entities for the Project Activities, including Education Departments and public hospitals, to establish child- and women-friendly spaces.


Engaged key community leaders, focal persons and stakeholders to ensure alignment ain community based activities nd participation in project initiatives.


Maintained adherence to Islamic Relief’s core values and PSEAH (Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment) policy during all field activities.

Project Name: DEC (Disaster Emergency committees)

Key Responsibilities:


Provided counseling and performed HIV/AIDS blood tests for Injecting Drug Users (IDUs) as part of harm reduction efforts.


Engagement with families clients who are married HIV-positive clients (with consent) to conduct HIV testing for spouses, ensuring confidentiality and sensitivity.


Conducted weekly visits to DHQ Hospital, Sargodha to facilitate issuance of Anti-Retroviral Therapy (ART) medications and baseline medical tests (CBC, LFT, RFT) for male, female, and pediatric clients.


Collaborated with PPTCT (Prevention of Parent-To-Child Transmission) centers to register pregnant spouses of HIV-positive clients for safe delivery and prenatal care.


Counseled and motivated clients to maintain regular intake of ART (Anti-Retroviral Therapy) medications, improving adherence and treatment outcomes.


Coordinated closely with multidisciplinary team members including social mobilizers, outreach workers, paramedics, and administrative staff for holistic client care.

I did field work/internship in an Urban Community Development Project No.8 which is situated in green town Lahore.
My Responsibilities:
I did community awareness raising campaigns and seminars which includes, Anti-child baggers campaign with the support of Lahore, punjab Police, Anti-Dengue seminars, Cleanliness campaigns for the project area surrounding community with the support of  LWMC (Lahore waste managment company).
I did Non-governmental organizations visits which were registered under UCD-Project No.8 Green Town Lahore, to verify their quality work and activities. 
I arranged a training session for the School teachers with the support of my group fellows and supervisor on Anti-child abuse

I did field work/internship during my study, in a Govt. institute Aafiat an old age home for the senior citizens in township, Lahore
Details:

 I did repport building with the sinior citizens of Old age home 
I did case work and took case histories of the senior cirizens to study their case
I arranged recreational activities for the old age home senior citizens with the support of that institute incharge and my group fellows, those recreational activities includes cricket, outdoor trips, Birthday celebrations, mother and father days celebration, iftaar parties in ramadan month and Eid parties.
I did Fund raising campaigns 
I did hospital visits with the senior zitizens of Old age for their check-ups in case of any illness
