• Account manager of “True Timber” and US govt agency source program “NYSPSP”.
• Development of new brands like “Soft as a Grape” & Uscape Apparel.
• Direct dealing with the buyers, product managers, design team, central planning, QC and logistics.
• Complaint handling, investigate and propose solutions.
• Monthly sales analysis to generate future forecasts to make inventory of Yarn, Capacity booking.
• Responsible for merchandising management including sampling, approvals, testing,
working with QC for timely inspection and delivery.
• Monitoring agreed timelines with production teams as well as customer for timely execution of the order.
• Supervision of all matters from development, pre-production, production, fabric/garment testing from recommended labs.
