Head Of Supply Chain Operations
• To establish monthly production plan from sales forecast of demand management and conduct S&OP meeting with all concern stakeholders of both demand and supply side.
• To calculate and address capacity management issues and suggest inputs to management for effective solutions.
• To run MPS after liaison with manufacturing/production department and manage product-wise inventories.
• Furnish Material Requirement Plan via ERP software (locally customized) and share it with procurement section.
• Drive S&OP process and conduct monthly S&OP meeting while gathering demand and supply-side individuals to minimize gaps between demand and supply operations and act like a bridge between the two entities.
• To manage all warehouse operations includes raw, packaging and finished good warehouses from receiving, stacking, storing, loading/unloading and issuance of materials with close liaison with QC ensuring compliance.
• Planning and controlling of all dispatch operations from promotional items to finished products of all three manufacturing divisions namely Pharmaceuticals, Herbal and Consumer.
• Provide guidelines to Manufacturing department in shop-floor and capacity planning issues.
• Close monitoring of primary sales via close liaison with distribution and sales departments and take necessary steps to timely replenish the inventories.
• Responsible for timely addressing and resolving issues of RDs including all kind of claim settlements.
• Responsible to execute all inbound and outbound logistics operations including cold-chains in a cost efficient manner ensuring effective TOM-Total Order Management.
• Logistics & Transport Management for trade supplies and all ship to Locations & Sub Distributors including Global Customers including FTL, LTL, overland, overnight and containerized shipments. Currently handling 70 vehicles including Suzuki Pickup, Kia Shahzore and Mazda for Daily trade replenishment. Further 05 Containers including 40 & 50 ft for Exports.
Assistant Manager Purchase
Supervising complete indirect material purchase of both Plants including purchases of engineering, QC, Production, CAPEX items, Warehouse purchases and all projects and service-oriented purchases.
