Summary
My work consists of designing monitoring formats amp regular conduction of field monitoring, preparation of monitoring reports, assisting in designing amp conducting periodic projects evaluation and assisting in preparation of the evaluation reports. Data entry in Excel,Word, Power point,Epi dataa. Generating required summary tables and graphs production of summary maps and statistics amp also working for data management amp maintaining records of the admin Section. Also did the M amp E for the schools established in different areas of Baluchistan.
Through my work experiences as Research Associate in SCSPEB I have very good communication skills and am able to present my ideas in a fluent and confident manner. Friends and acquaintances all testify to the fact that I relate to people easily and that I am able to adapt quickly to new surroundings and situations. I have learned to work towards, and achieve my aim with great commitment and perseverance.

For Social Safety Net Program (SSNP) like BISP, effective targeting is very crucial for ensuring objectivity in identification of beneficiaries and transparency of interventions. In the process of targeting beneficiaries, BISP with the support of World Bank conducted a national level Poverty Score Card (PSC) survey in 2010-11 through which complete information on the socioeconomic and welfare status of almost 27 million households was collected across the country.
