i) under Sindh Flood Emergency Rehabilitation Cash for work Project focused villages where approx. 80% population has been affected by last Moon soon Heavy rain and flood 2022 and approx. 80% of their assets/livelihood means haven lost/damaged at 11 Districts of sindh
ii) Identify community platforms CO’s/VO’s to ensure that interventions are community-lead and inclusive.
iii) Conduct a dialogue with every single community to prioritize schemes for CfW for first three months; decide transparent process of beneficiary identification and eligibility criteria for inclusion; number of maximum person days for each beneficiary household; mode and frequency of payments, verification of the work and timely payments; and conflict resolution/GRM.
iv) Conduct a dialogue with community groups to prepare a village level livelihood enhancement plan, inclusive of priority households for livelihood enhancement activities such as livestock restocking including vaccination campaigns and related support interventions such as vaccination campaigns.
v) Ensure that vulnerable groups (women, elderly, disabled etc.) get due share in the project activities and are not discriminated by any means,
vi) Develop a detailed work plan for implementation and progress tracking of the project.
vii)Regularly monitor project activities to ensure smooth implementation of the project as per agreed SOPs, quality indicators and timelines
viii) Coordinate with relevant stakeholders PIU team, relevant government officials
ix) Submit progress/diffrent reports to the Client on agreed frequency and formats

Frequent field monitoring visits and support to the Program activities, approved according to M&E plan
