 I am highly motivated development professional with an experience of over 13 years in development sector. My major areas of expertise are in the field of a. Rural Development, b. Climate Change & Disaster Risk Reduction c. Capacity Development d. Youth Development e. Humanitarian Assistance. For achieving this experience, I had worked with well reputed national and international development agencies.  Furthermore, currently I am representing my current company as Technical Advisor where I am dealing humanitarian and psychosocial support related projects for vulnerable communities of refugees and host population.


 In my current project, our major interventions are focused on different interventions related to Organizational Development and Capacity development, Trainings on Mental Health and Psychosocial Support to refugees and host communities, Interventions focusing on mental and social wellbeing of affected communities, Human Resource Development trainings. Furthermore, I had also worked with communities in assisting my organization in Monitoring Evaluation and Research of various socio-economic projects, Technical and Vocational Education and Trainings and Youth Development Projects and Climate Change Adaptation and disaster risk reduction. Currently  as special task, I am focal person from my project representing my organization in dealing different stakeholders for our interventions on flood response in KPK.


I am also acknowledged for being resourceful and adaptable and self-directed with the ability to handle even most challenging situations as a result of my behavioral and communication skills and organizational capabilities. I am also a hands-on managers and critical thinkers who can quickly learn and apply new systems regarding capacity building initiatives.
