Responsibilities involves, Fabric Receiving, Fabric issuance, fabric inventory management
using ERP giving directions to junior staff and managing fabric.
Liable to keep the record safe and in track able position.
Fully awareness for monthly and annually Fabric Store & General Store audits.
Monitoring the General Store.
Fabric issuance to cutting as per shade wise and shrinkage report.
Daily fabric issue to FID department for inspection purpose.
Order wise receipt entry and verification of fabric consignments in ERP system.
Fabric samples received and issue to PD Department.
Allocate fabric in bulk, sampling and PPR orders.
Planning of off-loading and stacking of Materials by using FIFO method or as per scribed inventory system.
Arrange to maintain all stock reports and provide update information to both marketing
and Accounts department.
Daily reporting to CFO and MD in daily routine tasks.
Keep information to Manager of Accounts for any exception handling, violation and critical situation.
Give and opinion and suggestions to seniors for betterment of teamwork as well as company.
Keep update daily fabric stock report, General Store Reports, Reconciliation report on daily,
weekly and monthly basis.
