Oversee a team of customer service representatives who deal with customers
Preparing sales reports on daily basis and brief reports on weekends and month ends
Coordinating with the Customer Service Manager to follow-up the client's complaints and making reports of solved and unsolved issues
Coordinating with the CSRs for quality assurance
Arranging training workshops for the new staff members

Meeting with the bank account holders to complete latest banking requirements
Edit and enrichment of the customer accounts according to the new banking software T-24
Coordinating with the teams working in the specific region to assign daily targets
Coordinating with IT and auditing teams to transfer bank accounts and other data on the new banking software T-24
