Summary
I am working as Regional Coordinator for TB control program in Lahore Region. Being a public Health professional I want to work for disease prevention and control with specific interest in Communicable disease. I'm higly intrested in Reseach and innovation. I am also interested for biosafety and biosecurity issues related to laboratory staff working for communicable diseases diagnosis in Pakistan.
I am keenly intrested in digitilization of health system to use the technology
I want to work for transgender rights related to health care delivery

IPC -Coordinator
Technicallly Support the District teams
· Develop Coordination and liaison with stakeholders to develop guidelines, materials, tools and strategies on updated standards
· Develop tools to conduct IPP (Infection Prevention Practices) at the provincial level.
· Continuous ongoing monitoring & provision of knowledge, what & when required at the facility regarding IPP.
· Design IPC assessments for facility and community.
· Strategic planning and development on POW (Program Objective Work) plan, Budget and Program deliverables.
· Collect the data, perform analysis to identify the gaps and areas of improvements.
