Key Responsibilities

Perform the test analyses/assign to him explain the instruction and global QC Plan
Take samples, Examine, perform the test, and enter the result into the system, inform the related people and block the material according to the procedure him for the approved/disapproved Result.
Keep Laboratory, workstation, Instrument, quarantine, and archive area tidy and clean.
He is responsible for the laboratory equipment and devices. In case of calibration, Malfunction, etc. Inform quality control engineer and follow it.
Follow the instruction given for HSE and QMS
Performs the visual control and performance test on the production sample according to the quality plan. Direct production according to the test result
Block the production if any result is out of specification range. from related departments via phone and email. Perform detailed analysis on the blocked products.
Take corrective action immediately in case of any non-compliance in the processes.
Follow the QMS Rules defined in instruction/department objectives.
Works hard to achieve personal / department objectives.
Test the samples that came from the corporate relations, Department according to the plan assigned to him. inform the result to the quality control engineer.
Takes archive sample from the retention room. Perform the test of the aging samples.
Write down the test results into the laboratory forms. Enters them into the SAO and QW Systems.
He is Responsible for the laboratory equipment and device. In the case of calibration. malfunction etc. informs to quality control engineer.     
Uses laboratory consumables carefully. Informs weekly counts to quality control engineer.
Follows all lab-related specifications, instructions, procedures, recipes, and forms.

Reviewing and revising testing procedures.
Conducting inspection checks on goods and production processes.

Receiving, processing, and analyzing samples. Depending on the work setting, the samples may consist of blood and tissue (health care); air, water, soil, and rock; chemical products, etc.
Conducting tests on new products or experimental processes.
Designing and conducting lab tests according to standard procedures.
Using, cleaning, and maintaining various types of equipment.
Handling and storing chemicals and other materials.
Handling of compressed gas cylinders.
Administrative tasks such as maintaining notebooks, documenting procedures, and preparing orders and invoices.
