Beyond production, I gained a strong maintenance background, allowing me to identify process gaps and implement solutions using Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Strategies that boost efficiency and product quality.

Here at VEER Sports I work as Manufacturing Excellence and Innovation Engineer. The job role is to optimize the operations management and to apply the lean and kaizen methodologies to boost the daily operations related to production and maintenance. Moreover I have successfully applied the Total Productive Maintenance Strategies to avoid the unbearable machine downtime.

My job responsibility is to lead the Mechanical team to assist in Maintenance tasks and designing of machines and its components .
