With fifteen years of extensive experience in child protection, advocacy, community mobilisation, monitoring and field research, I have developed a strong skill set that aligns closely with the development sector requirements in related roles. My professional journey includes supervisory positions in both international and national organizations, encompassing both development and emergency contexts. I have successfully managed programme support operations, coordinated meetings, conducted data collection, facilitated focus group discussions and in-depth interviews, delivered training sessions, and produced comprehensive reports.
This diverse background has equipped me to navigate complex challenges and implement effective solutions. I take pride in being an adaptable professional, consistently recognised by colleagues and management for my problem-solving abilities and collaborative spirit. I’ve worked with reputed organisations including the National Rural Support Programme (NRSP), Women Empowerment Organisation (WEO) Center of Excellence for Rural Development (CERD), Society for the Protection of the Rights of the Child (SPARC), Save the Children International (SCI) and International Rescue Committee (IRC) to name a few. With these reputed organisations I’ve not only secured extensive field experiences but have also honed my capacity for multitasking and managing competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on community needs in the development, emergencies and research contexts.
· Working on the Aawaz II thematic area of child marriage, gender-based violence (GBV), and social cohesion and the target vulnerable groups – women, children, persons with disabilities, youth, religious minorities and transgender persons.
· Conduct field monitoring of key programme interventions, ensuring implementation of the behaviour change and citizen state engagement interventions in line with the agreed scope of work together with ensuring data reliability before final reporting to British Council.
· Develop weekly/ monthly and quarterly reports, Success Stories, and Concept Notes for District level events of the Aawaz II Programme.
· Enhanced the capacity of field staff on field-level activities and programme formats and on data entry and processing, enhancing data quality and compliance with organisational and programme standards.
Implement the data collection and management mechanism at district level, with attention to security and confidentiality as per PMU shared guidelines and data safeguarding principles.
Assist Project Coordinator and M&E Manager in timely reporting of monthly/quarterly progress along with verified MOVs databases.
Assist M&E Manager in the development of field monitoring processes with adequate controls to ensure data quality and integrity at each AAC level.
Conduct monitoring of trainings, meetings of community structures, CCAPs, SAPs and other key programme interventions.
Carryout field level validation visits at AAC and VF level to ensure data reliability and overall quality before final reporting to PMU.
Monitoring of data integrity, security and accuracy of information and ensure that it is readily available.
Support in the training of staff – Community Facilitators /AAC Resource Persons involved in data entry and data processing to ensure proper maintenance and quality of different information and database needs.
Uploading of progress data into digital Management information system (MIS) or any other required online platform(s).
Provide quality assurance checks on systems, processes, and controls to ensure compliance with PMU requirements.
Ensure validation and verification of all data before submission to project coordinator/programme manager and M&E manager.
Provide support and advice to district staff on data related challenges, best practices, and any quality related matters.
Undertake data quality analysis and reporting as required.
Prepare reports and undertake research to inform data changes, implementation of new software (MIS) and data management as required.
Provide support in data collection for various research studies as required.
Compilation of weekly and monthly activities calendar for monitoring/observations.
