Summary

I am a development Sector professional, with over 12 years of proven experience in Research, project management and administration within international organizations, I bring a specific focus on Climate Change, Agriculture, Food Security, Livelihood and community development (Economics Management) in multi sectors in Pakistan and abroad. I have received doctorate degree in Fisheries Economics Management from the College of Fisheries at Ocean University of China (Qingdao) (Awarded an excellent international graduate of the year in 2020). Additionally, I have a Master's degree in the same field from same university since 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in B.S Education with a specialization in department of fisheries and Aquatic Sciences in 2012 (University of Sindh). Throughout my career, I have successfully supervised multiple projects in Pakistan, demonstrating proficiency in project planning, execution, and achieving project objectives. In the past five years, I have devoted my efforts to leading the development sector across various platforms as a Technical Specialist, Sr. Project Officer/Coordinator, Project Manager etc. My responsibilities have encompassed research, sector development, policy formulation, intervention implementation, monitoring and evaluation, climate change and mitigation, coordination, marketing, budgeting, and program operations related to Sustainable Development Goals, Climate Change, Biodiversity, Food Security, and Nutrition. Currently, I hold the position of Senior Project Officer/Coordinator in WWF-Pakistan under PMZ project to Uplift Socio Economic Condition of people (Living within Indus Delata) and restoration of Mangrove. This role allows me to effectively collaborate with local, national, and international sector partners to implement multiple project interventions. In these roles, I successfully addressed implementation challenges in the Livelihood and Food Security sectors, both in rural and urban communities, through Rural Support Programs.

\"Sustainable mangrove Management & Community Development in the Indus Delta”

The effective implementation of project activities at respective sites (Shah Bunder and Kharo Chan) mainly relating to Expected Results.
Supervise Mobilization of coastal communities and other key stakeholders for conservation and management of mangroves and their associated other natural resources in Shah Bunder and Kharo Chan.
Ensure the ESSF standards are applied during the project implementation.
Work closely with the rest of the members of the Project Team and will be responsible for the project level output delivery.
Share concept/PINs for proposals and resource mobilization.
liaise with partners and ensure that the institutional cooperation framework is implemented and assist in timely completion of all outputs, technical and financial progress reports.
Facilitate and supervise the formation of appropriate village level conservation forums (VOs; CBOs; ACCs) for co-implementation of the project activities.
Facilitate formation of Mangroves Management Units (MMUs and plans) among the clusters within the project area.
Supervise in conducting and compiling baseline information on social, economic, and ecological parameters of the project area.
Supervise the field team in conducting field surveys, resource need assessments, and participatory resource conservation planning in the project sites.
Lead the technical staff in organizing community meetings, workshops, and campaigns.
Take the lead in resolution and management of conflicts over mangroves and other common resource utilization in the project area.
Organize training and exposure to improve knowledge and skill of the project communities and partners in sustainable natural resource management.
Document and share lessons learned, achievements, and innovations from the field and develop field-based success stories with the project manager.
Supervise the day-to-day implementation of the project activities related to the fieldwork, share their monitoring and reporting progress to the Project Manager regularly.
Lead on organizing regular DCC meetings and sharing of project progress at the district level in coordination with project manager.
Performing any other task assigned by the supervisor(s).

Job Responsibilities
The Objective in Agriculture food Security having a leading role to supply fresh and most nutritional food among communities in rural areas of Sindh also providing a livelihood & employment options from advance fish farming. PINS-ER-3 key responsibilities are as following;
Agriculture and Food Security
To support the Programme to achieve the targets several assignments were assigned to monitor and provide onsite support to implementation partners (IPs) and to local communities as; Kitchen Gardening (KGs), Farmer Field Schools (FFS), moringa and fruit tree plantation, Seed distribution crop technics, follow up of each intervention. Monitoring and evolution also verify the pre and post-harvest impact of each interventions.
Community Fish Ponds (models)
These fish farming ponds operating by LSOs and suppling fish food to communities on more than half price and easy access of fish intake is raised in VOs.
Household Based Backyard Fish Pond Model.
Programme has supported to beneficiaries to activate Non-unitized Diches into a model fish farm to cultivate fish for the nutrition supply to family also a better income option in rural areas.
Paddy cum Rice Fish Farming Model.
Pakistan is a Agriculture Based Country so most of Agri-farmers cultivating rice in their fields; so insight of proper utilization of similar lands to activate best management practices (BMPs), fish farming plots (Models) were made to demonstrate local farmers to educate for maximize the profit and get organic based food supplements (Fish & Rice) by cultivate fish and rice in a single farming plot.
Household Based Integrated Backyard Fish Pond Models
The small-medium water storage/drainage pond within home/village territory improved in to a proper integrated fish pond with addition of kitchen gardening to grow vegetables and farm ducks to get complete nutrition supply (Fish + Vegetables + Eggs + meat + Milk) within home/village.
Fishery & Aquaculture Trainings among communities
To Input the complete food intake information within societies for the health and livelihood sustainability were given.
WASH
Programme related component WASH were remain in my Co-Ordination with lead team of WASH to make strong implementation from ground level to final levels. Also being a Part of Lead Team of RSPN- PINS-ER-3 Programme were engaged all interventions from monitoring, meetings, Technical Support, documentation, Field Visits, on-site support, evolution, surveys, implementation, check working progress of schemes etc.
To implement these all above objectives were in my supervision/Coordination from 1st step up to Successful implementation. Which includes as; Work in close collaboration with the nutrition sensitive PINS multidisciplinary teams (RSPs / RSPN / ACF) for effective day-to-day management of the interventions Lead assessment and guide the field teams in identifying, appropriate interventions in project specific locations. Keep a strong coordination and communication with PMI Community Persons at community level. Conduct field visits to provide guidance to field teams to and community activists for the implementations of “Construction of community Fish Ponds” and “Paddy Fish Farming” activities under AFS component of PINS ER-3; technical support to the field teams for effective and efficient fisheries related needs on priority areas and PINS ER-3, Field teams at district level and Focal. Compile the technical documentation (reports, evaluations, meeting minutes, proactively disseminate it to the field staff, and relevant departments. Other related task assigned by the Supervisor/RSPN’s were performed.

I was the Chief Technical manager to introduce technologies, Methodologies, Management, Best Management Practices, Treatment Plant designs & Feasibilities Development, Making Proposals to industries, companies, private firms, Farms, Parks, NGOs, and GOVT sectors to provide Services which are as;   
1.   Probiotic Technology in Agriculture
Organic Fertilizer Development, Crop Land Preparation, Seed Germination Technology, Crops Fertility Technology, dieses control of bacterial viral and form insects. Also Best Management Practices through Probiotic technology were served.
2.   Probiotic Technology in Aquaculture
The major issues/Challenges in aquaculture are 3 as (Water Quality, Natural or Supplementary Feed and Sludge), which leads all the problems to disturb the production in to huge loss. The Aquamimicry Technology has combined way to defeat all the challenges in farming.
It was in my duty to promote the company products and introduce all the technologies in all kinds of aquaculture (Extensive, Semi-Intensive, Intensive, controlled and super intensive Aquaculture).
3.   Probiotic Technology in Livestock
Feed Management and improve health of animal, Milk Production and dieses control technologies were performed.
4.   Probiotic technology in poultry
Feed management, bird fattening, health improvement, egg production and shade carpet maintenance technologies were introduced and marketed.
5.   Probiotic technology for Wastewater Treatment
a.      Development of West water treatment plant in Sugar cane industries.
b.     Designing and construction of WWTP in Societies.
c.      Lakes Water treatment in Parks, Casals and private houses.
d.     Introduced the Probiotic technology products for the Sludge management multiple Companies.
e.      Offered west water treatment proposals to multiple industries, firms and housing schemes according EPA Standard.  
Moreover served many of additional works in support of company i.e. as;
