My responsibilities and working is:
• Responsible for all Site issues and works of Electrical
• Installation, testing and commissioning of HT & LT Panels and Transformers as per built in Drawing and according to BOQs.
• Installation of DBs, SMDBs, VDC Boxes, UPS and their allied equipments as per drawing.
• Inspection of Building wiring materiel and guidance to the technical teams for proper working with complete safety.
• Installation, Testing and commissioning of Generators at building and there repairing and maintenance during warranty period. Also handling of daily log sheets of Generators and there routine maintenance.
• Inspection and supervision of Installation of HVAC MDS system at building.
• Inspection and supervision of Ducting Exhaust System (Inlet/outlet) of building.
• Inspection and supervision of water supply system including motors, boosting pumps and there allied equipments like DOL starters, float switches and etc.
• Inspection and supervision of Public address system (audio system amplifiers and speakers) at building.
• Inspection and supervision of installation and testing CCTV system (Cameras, ANPR and barriers) as per drawing and there repair and maintenance issues during warranty period of one year.
• Inspection and supervision of installation of Fire Alarm system (Addressable system) and their repair and maintenance issues during warranty period.
• Inspection and supervision of installation of PLC Based Fire Fighting system (Joky pumps, motors and diesel engine pump system with fire hose reels).
• Inspection and supervision of installation of LCDs, LEDs, screens and projectors as per built in drawing.
