To serve as District Field Monitor:

Monitor field activities using the ACSM Checklist, ensuring adherence to project guidelines and standards.
Provide supportive supervision to field staff, increasing productivity and data accuracy.
Conduct household clustering through a checklist, identifying high-risk areas and vulnerable populations for targeted interventions.
Attend daily district-level post-campaign review meetings with Deputy Commissioner and District Health Officer, presenting key findings and recommendations for future campaigns.
