Deliver strategic direction and technical guidelines to the management in creating electrical design of solar mini grid systems by using modeling software. Create best system configuration while coordinating with utility site engineers and local officials. Apply latest modeling and design abilities to deliver safe, timely and high-quality PV module to systems designs. Create back to office reports (BTRs), billing mechanisms, and calculation for rural communities to compare different models which ensure sustainability of projects. Create an awareness program of new product technology and communicate relevant developments to coworkers on a regular basis. Actively contribute in various renewable energy workshops, conferences, and seminars. Hold full accountability for conducting monitoring and other facilitation visits and prepare progress reports for the management while following donor requirement. Examine and evaluate systems performance in the field and prepare reports of solar PV commissioning, power variations, and other parameters.
Micro Hydro Activities:

Played a key role in overseeing the procurement of T&D equipment of Micro hydro project and generating inspection report for protection equipment.
Contributed in the installation, commissioning, and testing of hydro power equipment, such as 0.8MW turbine, 1000kVA alternator, 1500kVA transformer, control/protection panel, load controller, and synchronization panel of 100kW micro hydro power projects.
Conducted calibration of energy meters, plant load management, testing of turbine, and preparation of operational manual for operator.
