Assist with the project manager, technical managers/coordinators, and MEAL to achieve program objectives and smooth implementation of the project in all 3 districts of Sindh.
• Ensure that IRC implementation of the Simplified protocols and IYCF activities correspond to internationally accepted standards, country guidelines and UNICEF guidelines.
• Coordinate weekly and monthly and follow-up on nutrition project implementation to review progress towards targets through organizing regular review meetings, updates sharing and experience sharing meeting among staff.
• In collaboration with the team, identify existing project implementation gaps and new opportunities for nutrition while liaising with partners and stakeholders to ensure that proposed activities and projects align with best practice in the nutrition sector in 3 districts of Sindh.
• Lead the development of a referral mechanism and communication strategies and train nutrition project staff in case detection and referrals between community and OTPs/ BISP facilitation centres/ hospitals in the respective districts.
• Support the nutrition staff to ensure proper functioning of reporting systems data flow mechanisms for regular assessment, monitoring and evaluation of the program against its objectives and expected results. And conduct critical monitoring of all aspects of nutrition activities and identify areas of concern. Submit workable solutions for identified challenges..
• Assess the training needs of nutrition staff, develop a training plan to meet these needs, conduct nutrition training for project nutrition staff and health facility counterparts implementing simplified protocols of nutrition program focusing on all aspects of simplified protocols of community-based management of acute malnutrition (CMAM) and IYCF with the support of the field and facility teams.
• Facilitate the development/adaptation of nutrition education training manuals and facilitator\'s guide based on existing provincial nutrition protocols and curricula including training follow-up

Managing and coordinating with assigned District Officers (DOs) to achieve project targets within the given timeline
Conducting monthly progress meetings with DOs to discuss progress and receive updates
Identifying regional stakeholders and influencers to form regional partner networks and proactive task forces
Planning, managing, and coordinating for partnership meetings and other outreach activities
Supporting social media team to provide pertinent and high-quality media files for SM campaign
Supporting all the project activities in the assigned region while reporting to the project lead

              Ensuring that the programmer’s regional targets, which are as follows.

Identify Project Stack holder’s government departments and other public/private organizations for placement of interns, manage the internship application process and provide support in shortlisting and interviews, Support in outreach of the internship Programme and coordination with Civil Society organization of Sukkur Nawab Shah and Mirpur Khas Region about Covid 19 TCCF Campaign
