Worked as a recovery agent.</p> <p>-          Optimizing call center Productivity ,achieving correct quality  and  minimizing costs</p> <p>-          Resolving escalated complaints.</p> <p>-          Must have complete knowledge of the product and process.</p> <p>-          Monitor call performance of team members against standards; receive input from Quality Control an</p> <p>-          Training Department; coach/mentor team members using data received from variety of sources.</p> <p>-          Maintain performance records/reports of team.</p> <p>-          Review reports to ascertain status of collections and balances outstanding and to evaluate effectiveness of current collection policies and procedures.</p> <p>-          Taking follow-ups of the assigned tickets.</p> <p>-          Ensuring compliance and provide support.</p> <p>-          Ensure, Identify and improve performances of individuals.</p> <p>-          Motivate the team to achieve targets as per timelines.</p> <p>-          Lead and develop teams to maximize their potential</p> <p>-          Resolution of any queries faced by the team and informing Director Operations.</p> <p>-          Participating in interview process and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work</p> <p>-          Appraising Performance; Rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.</p> <p>-          Manage and update attendance, leaves and roasters.</p> <p>-          Also share it with HR Team.</p> <p>-          Any other task assign by the management.</p> <p>-          Roster management As per Plan .</p> <p>-          KPI Report of team leaders daily basis and share with Collection Head.</p> <p>-          Leave Management sheet of Agents          </p> <p>-          Check Agent ( CCT) Hourly Reports from CRM. </p> <p>-          Check CCT Last Update in CRM.</p> <p>-          Give Traning to New CCTS , Refresher Traning .</p> <p>-          Check the Easy Paisa And Jazz Cash Issues in working Hours If link down .</p> <p>-          Supervising Quality control Team.</p> <p>-          Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.</p> <p>-          Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures.</p> <p>-          Working on improvement in performance and quality.</p> <p>-          Quality assurance and trainings and Development Responsibilities Calls and emails evaluations.</p> <p>-          Coordinate interview.</p> <p>-          Enrolment of new candidates</p> <p>-          Maintain Employee Database</p> <p>-          Job ad making, Posting and posting on platforms.</p> <p>-          - On boarding of new Joiners</p> <p>-          - Attendance Management</p> <p>-          - Keep record and Verification of Monthly Inventory Report of Agents .</p> <p>-          Orientation of new hires and taking them through companies' policies and procedures</p> <p>-          Scheduling and conducting walk-in Interviews</p> </div>
