Project Coordinator
Coordination with Huawei Project teams through email & telephone calls. Taking daily updates from field teams.My responsibilities also include updating management about IP activities and escalating issues if any. I have to ensure availability of vehicles and timely delivery of DN’s to sites. After completion of each milestone claiming PO’s as wel as to create and submit invoices also. Preparation of ppts, reports and documentation of sites are also included in my duty.
