I am a Civil Engineer having excellent professional experience in supervision and inspection of site work
assuring the quality of works for high-rise residential projects in Lahore. I have the capacity monitor to the
confidence to lead a team and the personality to pass on skills and experience to junior staff. I am
experienced in the preparation of daily works schedule, arrangement of recourses such as men, material,
act…, and coordination with sub-contractors for a smooth follow of works. Also, I got a good exposure in
quantity surveying such as quantity takeoffs, valuation of payment certificate, valuation and preparation of
claims and variation orders and extension of time, act…, My experience includes coordination with
architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and other specialized consultants for finalizing site

Assistant Manager Civil
• Site Inspection for civil works which includes Structure and finishing works ensure that the
work is as per engineering standards, and project specifications, and issued for construction
drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
• Prepare bar bending schedule of raft foundation, retaining wall, column, and slab.
• Calculations and material estimation for finishing work like brickwork, plaster, paint,& Flooring.
• Issuing site instructions against violation at the site.
• Supervision for placing and building reinforcement shear wall, retaining wall, roof slabs, Column
water tanks, and main holes including the pouring of the complete structure.
