Hire candidates around the globe in top US-based companies from USA, Latam America, Africa and India for fully remote position. Keep the tracks of candidates till their engagement with the client. Using excel sheets for for making talent pool and database. Using different tools and Boolean searches for headhunting of candidates for a specific role. Writing emails to process application of candidates. Assist with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions. Screen IT-related resumes in accordance with the competencies given in the job requirements. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities for our clients.
