Obtain customer approval to inspect the damage vehicle and prepare actual repair estimate.

• Informing concerned insurance surveyor to surveying the vehicle.

• Negotiate of repair cost with insurance and inform vehicle status to the customer.

• Inform customer or insurance surveyor if any problem related to insurance claim such as (police report, License, Route permit etc.)

• Follow-up for parts according to settled estimate with insurance company.

• Scanning documents and sending mails to the insurance for payment process.

• Leads the team in daily routine jobs like Denting/Painting/Engine overhauling

• Complete documentation on weekly & monthly basis like Expense sheets/Labor Forecast sheets etc.

• Jobs scheduling and implementations.

• Vehicles engine troubleshooting like tappet adjustment, overhauling brake adjustment etc.

 Lead the Supplier Inspection Team in conducting the measuring and testing of materials and product from the supplier.
 Developing of Parts/Product Inspection Plans and Inspection Methods or Inspection Test Plans, Product Control Plans and Work Sheet Inspection.
 Provides inspection and test reports and retains copies of reports on file as records.
 Identify, collect and segregate parts or materials that are not within specification or are suspect in accordance with the procedure for the control of nonconforming materials. And create non-conformance report. (NCR Management)
 Prepare the daily and monthly rejection report. And assist in making Corrective Action and Preventive Action in the Material Review Board (MRB)
 Provide advice and assistance on quality issues to production, engineering and company staff as requested
