UAT Projects
• To provide and manage a Professional and Comprehensive Payments Service that is customer focused,
ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
• Responsible for Authorizing Payments for A2A and Inward Payments for both FCY and LCY
• Responsible for Sign-Off for User Provisioning/Scenarios/Test Cases and UATs.
• Responsible for assigned systems integration to meet the system’s specifications, on time delivery and quality.
• Responsible for escalating all issues, dependency timely and follow-up with concerns.
• Analyze and raise defects under Quality Control system (QC) and monitor and ensure closing timely.
• Responsible for arranging project related SMEs and making sure UATs took place without anydelay.

• Manage monthly remittances and make different kinds of analysis.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervise and develop A2A, Inward & Outward Payments Authorizers & Processors.
• Review Daily MIS Stats around TAT, rework, and productivity.
• Ensuring that the team is well utilized, capacity is balanced, and the team follows operational procedures.
• Handle and override the transactions as authorized, and to rectify the errors and mistakes proactively.
• Coordinating with other bank operation teams, especially Treasury, AML Team, Investigation Team, Client
Services and Loan.
• Improve the Operational Efficiency and manage its operational risks.
• Conduct the compliance review of payments operation.
• Assist in the regular updating of the regulations, rules, and guidelines.
• Develop the system requirements and participate in user acceptance tests.
• Manage the distribution setup of the incoming SWIFT and CHATS messages to various business units.
