Following were my role as a Research management and documentation intern
To keep a record of all the documentations rerding the Research Project
keep a record of all the Focus group discusions and field visits
to generate activity reports regarding the project
coding of the Raw Data that needed to e analyzed
Application of Thematic Anlysis was also part of the process

The HEC and SZABIST were carrying out a research tilted Comparative analysis of learning styles of Public vs Private institutes. I as a Research assistant Played the following role
Gathering of Data from various schools both private and public Schools in Upper chitral
The role also involved building confidence in people that their Data are secure and being used for greater good to the academia
Was also responsible for chosing the right institute that falls under the Rsearch criteria

My role as a social mobilizer intern were as follow
to Mobilize the commuity regarding the intitatives of the institute
To address the Issue the community had regarding various initiatives of the Institutes
thoroghly reporting the institute about the activities undertaken and also the progress made with regard to the objectives
