Receive finished goods from the Production Department based on production schedules or as per demand forecasts.Verify the quantity and quality of goods received against delivery documents or production reports to ensure accuracy.Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) method to maintain inventory integrity. This means older stock is used or dispatched firstto minimize spoilage or obsolescence.Organize the warehouse shelves or storage areas accordingly, labeling items with production or expiration dates if necessary.Ensure that all goods are stored securely to prevent damage, theft, or loss.Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling and storing goods to prevent accidents or injuries.Manage stock systematically by updating inventory records in the company's inventory management system (such as ERPsoftware).Conduct regular physical inventory counts to reconcile with system records and identify any discrepancies.Implement measures to ensure the safety and preservation of stock, such as proper stacking, use of pallets or bins, andadherence to storage conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity).Monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.Prepare goods for handover to agents or customers ensuring proper packaging and labeling.Coordinate with logistics or distribution teams to schedule timely deliveries or pickups.Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods, including receipts, stock movements, and handovers.Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and any issues encountered for management review.
