Over the past six years, I have been actively engaged with various NGOs and INGOs, focusing on women empowerment initiatives and contributing to projects related to political participation, family planning, and out-of-school children. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong skill set in team management, public relations, problem-solving, resource pooling, and stakeholder liaison. My work has involved extensive collaboration with key stakeholders such as NADRA, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), PWD, educational institutions, local government, and healthcare providers. These experiences have enabled me to build and manage strategic partnerships across different sectors effectively. This journey has not only strengthened my leadership abilities but also enhanced my capacity to drive mission-driven projects that create sustainable impact.
