BUSINESS MANAGER
Developed a complete brand of personal care products from scratch. Which includes, product research, product selection, product development, negotiation with suppliers and finally importing the product. Keeping track of the shipments and then their payment issues. Also handling the retail side of the brand. Responsible for hiring handling the sales staff and sales targets as well. Currently looking after 3 locations and staff of 12 people and a sales manager.
Planning/Procurement Product Development Manager
Hired to look after the complete marketing, Planning, Procurement of all the brands of the company. Overseeing the purchasing of cosmetics, sunglasses, gadgets, swimwear perfumes. Following are the core job responsibilities
o To contact with supplier's for all the inventory planning.
o Follow up of all the supplier's payments, returns, damages etc.
o Inventory planning of eight brands of different categories including gadgets, sunglasses, cosmetics/perfumes swimwear etc.
o To coordinate/supervise Brand Managers for the products displays and marketing activities.
o Launched a Perfume brand from scratch.
o To Introduce new products after every 2 months
o Performing marketing activities of different brands.
o Inventory planning based on sales analysis
o Initiating the costing of every new product.
o Cash flow planning of each subsequent month.
o Handling online side of the business for all the brands.

Hired as a management trainee and over the period of ten years worked with brands like adidas group,NIKE, JC Penney, Umbro etc performed the following functions
o To communicate with the customers, top management, internal departments and vendors to coordinate overall marketing effort in accordance with corporate goals.

o Costing and price negotiations with the customers.

o Suggesting different promotional activities for increasing sales.
o Regularly visiting the locations for checking and motivating the staff and also solving their day to day problems.
