Head Office Based Role:
● Prepare Maintenance, QHSE, Projects Activities Schedule location wise and coordinate with location Incharges to ensure the compliances of schedules.
● Develop the QHSE SOPs, records and ensure compliance.
● Prepare the Monthly Maintenance and QHSE Reports
● Review the Technical Scopes, BOQ of locations different Job and advice technical solution for finalizing.
● Get Purchase Requisition from location and Process for Approval.
● Monitor the Issued Jobs Quality and Quantity as per schedules.
● Ensure job completion and process contractor bill for payment.
● Raise the Requisition for Purchase Order issuance.
● Receiving the price quotations. (Competitive Quotes).
● Reiterate with Suppliers for finalization of Quantity and Quality.
● Ensure that all potential suppliers are provided with identical information upon which the quotations are given equal opportunity to meet the desired requirements.

● Prepare the annually CAPEX and OPEX Budgets with coordination Of All Locations
● Review budget utilization Quarterly Basis.
● Prepare Analysis of Budgets, Maintenance & QHSE Dashboard.
● Conduct Monthly Performance Review Meeting with All Location.

● Achieved ISO Certifications of Integrated Management System (IMS), ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) & ISO 45001:2018 (OHSMS) of All Location.
● Maintain ISO Certification By Achieving Successfully Annually Surveillance Audits With No Major Ncs

Engineering Design:
● Review the Detailed Engineering Documents from Consultant i.e Engineering Drawings, Specifications, Bill of Quantities, and Contractor Terms & Conditions
● Study of approved drawings & design i.e Plants Equipment’s Layout, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, Piping Layouts, Tanks layout, Section detailed drawings and Isometric etc.
● Review and ensure the detailed specifications as per applicable codes of Storage tanks and Plant piping, Safety. i.e API-650, API-1104, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4 and NFPA standards.
● Ensure that Design project schedule is based on project execution strategy and schedule milestones are achievable.
● Ensure the Prepared & Issued planning package are as per contractual terms & conditions.
● Review, Evaluate and finalize the detail technical tender packages.
● Coordinate with procurement Department from bidding to award of Contract to the final contractor for job execution.
● Response Queries of technical Packages sent by procurement for final Quote from vendors.
● Report to HOD and Record keeping of all projects.

Construction:
Project Planning:
● Preparation, updating and monitoring of MS-Project Schedule on daily basis. Preparation & Monitoring of S-curves.
● Preparation of Forecasting Schedule.
● Participate in weekly and monthly Progress review meetings with concerned client/contractor members regarding critical activities,
● Preparation of monthly progress report.

Site Experience:
● Supervision of contractors works including fabrication, installation, testing, painting, commissioning of terminal, particularly oil Storage tanks, associated piping and pipelines.
● Supervision of contractors other discipline works including tank foundation, dike walls, pavement, drainage, fire protection systems, electrical and instrumentation with support of respective discipline engineers.
● Installation, testing, pre-commissioning & commissioning of various Static and Rotary equipment including pumps, compressors, package equipment’s.

● Progress monitoring and approvals. Checking and certification of Contractor’s invoices with respect to the actual progress at site.
● Maintain latest copies of all drawings and documents at the site office.
● Ensure that works are carried out as per the latest & approved drawings and applicable engineering Codes & Standards, and Local authority requirements.
● Ensure that proper Quality control is maintained for all the works being carried out at site.
● Material inspections, review and approval of Material Certificates etc.
● Ensure that approved materials only are used in the works.
● Preparation of Punch lists for mechanical completion of Tanks, Equipment, Piping and Pipelines, including for fire water/ foam systems.
● Attend daily, weekly and monthly meetings with Contractors.
● Meetings and follow-ups with Local Authorities for obtaining necessary permits, approvals etc.
● Review, comment and approve the construction related deliverables submitted by Contractors, including procedures, method statements, Witness all destructive & non-destructive tests, examinations etc. by the Contractors.

Maintenance:
● Supervise, plan, monitor, control, and manage all maintenance & construction works at the terminal.
● Preparing annual preventive maintenance schedules of installed machineries, controlling instruments/equipment’s, oil storage tanks, pumps, generators & engine pumps installed at the terminal and ensuring the compliance of preventive maintenance schedule to control maintenance breakdowns.
● Manage all spare parts of equipment’s installed at the terminal to minimize breakdowns in case of any corrective maintenance or preventive maintenance.
● Follow International standards of maintenance or any alteration or reconstruction jobs executed at terminal.
● Maintain maintenance history of each machine to calculate efficiency of machine parts and also maintain checklists of all installed machineries on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
● Plan recalibration activities for sensitive or quality monitoring equipment’s at terminal and ensure timely calibration activities to maintain quality of work.
● Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimations for any modification works or newly started projects at terminal.
● Lead projects at terminal and guide contractors about activities of project.
● Inspection of civil, mechanical and electrical works during construction phase of project and ensure all executed activities are being done as per issued drawings & also ensure all activities of project are being timely completed as per pre-planned project schedule.
● Ensure the structural safety and integrity of system and components.
● Verify billing of contractors as per BOQ’s and drawings.
● Regularly report progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns with the HOD
● Conduct mock drills at terminal for safety awareness of staff and to tackle any emergency situation at terminal.
● Conduct safety trainings about awareness of staff about wearing PPE’s.
● Ensure the safety procedures Compliance by all employees, Contractor, visitors etc. in the terminal.
● Maintain QHSE documents according to ISO requirements.

Responsibilities:
● Assist in developing the Project Quality Management system by establishing procedures, plans and work instructions.
● Monitor implementation of the Asset/Project/Function Quality Management System through regular audits and reviews.
● Assist in developing and monitoring implementation of the Asset Integrity Verification Scheme throughout the Define and Execute Phases.
● Participate and provide input into technical QHSE and integrity reviews.
● Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure quality performance in different areas of work development and at various project Phases.
● Develop and ensure QA requirements are incorporated into Tender Documents, Contracts and Purchase Order.
● Monitor and report on compliance and nonconformities and maintain relevant records.
● Promotes Quality Awareness among project team members, contractors and vendors.
● Identify and manage risks that could impact achieving quality objectives.
● Follow up on action items and maintain status register.
● Develop and maintain QA/QC lessons learned register.
