Initiate PR’s and coordinate with PSCM for material procurement.  Coordinate with Contractors for effective implementation of CSMS objectives/ initiatives) relating Construction Contractors.  Effective implementation and tracking of (Contractors’ Accountability Process).  Coordinate and arrange in-house HSE/ technical training of Construction UEPL Staff and contractors.  Track Construction annual performance/ HSE objectives and continuous Improvement Initiatives.  Coordinate with 3rd party QA team, Construction Engineers and Contractor for timely closure of Quality alerts, NCRs, Field instructions etc.  Continuous Improvement Initiatives to optimize Construction Management and data capturing tools including Maximo & Sap Crystal report  Provide input to project execution/ activities schedules, construct ability reviews, quality assure
