Working for HBL, promoted to team leader/administrator of control room in 2 months. Currently looking after a team of 10 members and leading it, looking after their performance and administrative issues. Major responsibilities include conducting internal audits and investigations. Perform regular fire safety inspection in the facility and look for hazards and risk scenarios. Assess and allocate CAPEX for improving HSE infrastructure at the site. Successful installations of all the HSE infrastructure at the site. Ensuring to meet all the necessary standards, legislations and regulations, and train/educate the workers about the fire and health safety.

Worked at Chevron Lubricants as third party contract. Ensured all local, regional, and national EOSH legislatives and regulatory requirements are complied with. Collaborated with all stake holders to develop effective solutions and behavioral change programs for HSE culture development. Identified all the potential hazards to workers and their source elimination. Lead all HSE CAPEX spend at vicinity developing HSE infrastructure in plant.

Bagrot Project site was thoroughly visited after the project and project feedback was taken from the community. Also worked for Vulnerability Assessments for glacial lake outburst flood (GLOF) Prone villages like Sosot, Ghizar District.
